10)must be active and enter at least once a weak (Unless you have a valid reason)
11) When testing someone do not doc off points for meaningless reason with no validation, Because we do not need your personal audacity and egostical thoughts (now being leanyent to someone when testing is excluded from this rule)
When Testing someone, you must have at least one witness for the entire test and tester will be asined the witness by me or Bozz, also you can not point out the missplays until the end of the 3 duels and tests will have to be scheduled at least a day in advance
This rules are important if you break one of these rules you will get the following:
Once: Warning
Second: Second Warning
Third: 24 hour bann (Minor offence) 48 hours bann (Major offence)
Fourth: Permanent ban
12) No Descrimination (chatbox ban for 24 hours no ifs ands or buts)
13) All desplayed materials must be suitable for all ages and users
14) Any Copy Righted material must be disclaimed under copyright law because we do not want to be held reliable for any lagel obligations if you don't
